Web Clipper Trial Program Evaluator Obligations. The purpose of the trial period is for the evaluator to determine whether to purchase a license for Web Clipper. Using the trial version of Web Clipper does not entitle you to hard-copy documentation, support, or telephone assistance. The evaluator agrees to conduct a good faith trial of Web Clipper and agrees to abide by all the terms of the Web Clipper License Agreement accompanying the product. The evaluator or the evaluator's company has NO obligation under this program to purchase or otherwise acquire any service or item from Red Oak Software, Inc. The evaluator will use one copy of the trial on a single computer and will make no additional copies except for archival purposes, if necessary. Support Services. Red Oak will provide e-mail support to the evaluator under the terms explained on the trial page of Red Oak's web site. Export Controls. Web Clipper and its underlying information and technology cannot be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the United States Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders. By downloading or using the software, you are agreeing to the foregoing and you are representing and warranting that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, you are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction which may impact your right to import, export or use Web Clipper. Trial Period. The Web Clipper trial has a time-out period built into the software. When the trial period ends, the evaluator will destroy all copies of Web Clipper and its documentation. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Web Clipper trial is provided on an "As Is" basis, without warranty of any kind. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this Agreement. Effective Agreement.
