RED OAK SOFTWARE SIGNS CONTRACT WITH LARGE NORTH AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ, December 15, 2009 – Red Oak Software, Inc.,a leader in Application Integration solutions, announced today that it has entered into a material agreement with a major North American insurance company. Revenue from the recently signed contract will be recognized in the current quarter.
